Privileged structures:

  • possess molecular motifs associated with higher biological activity
  • statistically common to commercially available pharmaceuticals
  • active at two or more different receptors

Categories of structures: 

  • Anilino-pyridine, pyrimidine, or triaz-ine -- 240 compounds (3 plates)
  • Benzhydryl -- 320 compounds (4 plates)
  • Biphenyl -- 400 compounds (5 plates)
  • Aza-(and diaza-)biphenyl -- 480 compounds (6 plates)
  • Dihydropyridine -- 960 compounds (12 plates)
  • Phenylpiperazine -- 960 compounds (12 plates)

Sets are available in 1mg dry sample size per well.

Compounds comply with screening purity standards. Compounds are also available individually or in smaller subsets. Custom formatting options are available: in mg, micromols, in dry form or DMSO.
