Diversity Compound Libraries

TimTec's Diversity Analysis Software allows the assembly of libraries which maximize the chemical diversity of selections from databases of compounds currently available from our US and/or foreign stock. These diversity libraries can be filtered to include molecules that fall within designated MW, cLogP and Lipinski Rule parameters. We can also provide a selection of compounds from our databases which will include only those compounds that will contribute to the diversity of an existing customer library.

Apex 5040 Pre-Plated Compound Library

Apex 5040 is a specific set of currently available 5040 drug-like compounds, assembled in 96-well plates. All compounds carry TimTec’s industry-standard guarantee of a minimum 90% purity level.

 ActiProbe-10 Collection

The ActiProbe-10 Collection is a pre-plated screening set of 10,000 compounds that has been assembled from the ActiProbe-25 library through Jarvis-Patrick clustering. J-P clustering permits sampling of large library pools through selection of molecules that are representative of a group (cluster) within this library.

ActiProbe-25 Collection

The ActiProbe-25 Collection is a pre-plated screening set of 25,000 compounds that has been assembled from molecules representative of the chemical diversity being produced by labs throughout the world.

ActiGlobe-50K

The grand diversity collection of 50,000 compounds has been assembled from world wide sources numbering over 2,000,000 compounds-candidates.

MyriaScreen Diversity Collection

The MyriaScreen Diversity Collection is comprised of 10,000 high-purity screening compounds handpicked to maximize chemical diversity while maintaining drug-likeness.
