The U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Weapons and Materials Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate with TimTec, Inc. Newark, DE for the second phase of the Statement of Work Title: Development of an Energetic Material Sensitivity Database.

 

This effort will maintain continuity of the original structure and provides for further development and refinement of the database software and input sensitivity data available in the open literature as well as unpublished data. This Statement of Work will be a one year effort with further enhancements and refinements to the final database. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability. Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
